Hi and welcome to Love and Haight Wellness. I’m Audra Haight, my goal is to send you love and wellness through yoga, nutrition, and help with healthy lifestyle living. My research and learning was gathered while I was healing from an autoimmune disease. It is my desire to help those who want to limit illness and seek wellness.

To alleviate the symptoms of post-traumatic stress (PTS), combat stress (COSR) and increase the resilience of critical task performers working in high stress environments, including affected caregivers and family members by providing evidence-based yoga and mindfulness practices.
