At Love and Haight Wellness, I help my clients create a better relationship with food and exercise through my programs and services. Additionally, I want to provide everyone with knowledge that strengthens their body both inside and out.
I started practicing yoga in 1995 as a way to reduce my stress. After practicing for 6 months, I began to notice small but wonderful changes taking place. Not only was I more flexible, but I was also more energized!
Stress still happened, but now it was easier to work through the little stresses that each day brought. I became more focused after I practiced yoga and noticed that I slept better. On and on, changes continued to happen, and my love of yoga became something I had to share with others.
In 2004, I studied with Ganga White and Tracey Rich and received my yoga teacher certification from The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California. I teach Vinyasa Yoga and have taken workshops with Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Siva Rea, and Sarah Powers.
